This notice explains the information used to manage the Zendale Kidney Health Programme website, enquiries and contributions.

Enquiry details

Individual and organisation forms collect the contact details and programme preferences you submit, including your location and, where relevant, organisation name and team size. Zendale uses these details to respond and coordinate the requested service. Please do not submit medical records or test results through these forms.

Sponsorship and bank transfers

You may contribute without leaving your name, email address or phone number. If you choose to provide contact details, Zendale may contact you about your contribution. We record your selected purpose, amount and contribution reference. To confirm a bank transfer, we collect the receipt or transaction reference you submit and check it against the bank record. A transfer receipt may contain your name or other payment information, even when you have not completed the optional contact fields. Please upload the transfer receipt only, not a full bank statement, PIN or password.

Access to submitted information

Enquiry details and payment proof are available to authorised programme administrators through a protected dashboard. Receipts are stored privately. Payment proof is reviewed before a contribution is marked confirmed. Contact Zendale if you need to correct submitted information or discuss removal.

Website activity

The website records anonymous browsing sessions, pages viewed, the first page visited, general device type and referral or campaign information. This helps Zendale understand how visitors find and use the programme. Session information is kept in your browser session storage; it is not a record of your identity. When you submit a form, the associated campaign and session reference may be saved with it. The website does not use advertising pixels or attempt to identify visitors who have not provided their details. The tracker respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.

Recognition preferences

Public acknowledgement is optional. Requesting contact about recognition does not automatically publish your name, organisation or contribution.
